Chandell Tytlandsvik

Chandell Tytlandsvik Chandell is a Saskatchewan mom whose fitness journey, full of ups and downs, eventually brought her success – losing 105 pounds in less than a year. Her success, surprisingly, led her to become a North America-wide star of a Bowflex TreadClimber advertising campaign in early 2015. Now, she maintains her healthy life and shares her experience in this blog. Chandell says “I am not a trainer... I am not a nutritionist… I am an everyday super average mom trying to balance it all. Knowing that fitness doesn't have an end number to reach or time you stop – it’s every day making a conscious effort to be better for yourself and for your family. We only get one life and I want to be happy, healthy and kind in mine!” Her weight loss journey can be seen at her archived personal blog http://pennsmomma.blogspot.ca or you can follow her on Instagram @its.chandell

Growing Up And Getting Older

So sometimes it's when I am bored or something that I see, or someone I see when I realize I really am 'growing up' and getting older, I don't think it really ever comes on my birthday for me because that's just a day..its not like anything changes 9/10 times on that day..its the other days in a year when you realize. For me driving to work this morning and waiting for my coffee I realized ah I am getting older..

Workout Update

So if you are wondering I wanted to fill you in on what I have been doing with my workouts. So awhile back I filled you all in on the Jamie Eason program. Her workouts are seriously so good...

2014 Goals!!

Happy New Years to you all!! Is it just me or where the heck did 2013 go..seriously I know I say this every month but I feel like this year especially went by extra fast. Since things were extra busy before the new year I still plan on doing a post with my favourite finds of 2013..so watch for that!

2013 - A Year In Review

I truly didn't think 2012 could be topped… but when I look back at how great 2013 was, it may be close! Here were some of my highlights!!

Getting Back At It Is Hard

So by the time we go home from picking Penn up it was late Monday afternoon…lets be serious, after you get home from holidays you usually have a TON of laundry, your house needs a re-tidy, and you have no groceries.

Work It

So when I write a post on here I always am thinking about it the whole day, you know to ensure I get all my thoughts right so when I talk(type) it out, I don't forget anything. Oh and if you wondering I never really re read my posts (hence there is tons of spelling or grammar mistakes)

A Whole Lot Of Truth

Well I have really debated back and forth on how honest I will be with this..how much will I share..how many feelings will I expose. And as embarrassing as it is to talk about this I feel its something no one does..and well I get why not..

Well I Ran

So Friday night for the first time since May I drank..Saturday I felt totally fine as I had about 6 drinks in the span of about 6 hours and drank vodka water. Buuut when I went to work out Saturday morning while Penn was napping I kept getting distracted by the phone and cleaning.

Finding The Time

Today was one of those days. You all know the days, where you feel like you have a zillion things going on and there just isn't enough hours in the day.

100 LBS LOST

When I think of 100 I think of, 101 Dalmations, or 100 day countdown or 100 ways to do something. I never think of 100 pounds lost. That number is seriously still so ridiculous to me it is funny.
