Ever since I started working at Flaman, I've always wanted to give the famous Bowflex Treadclimber a try. I've seen the infomercials that are so convincing and I, even though I work in marketing and know all the tricks of the trade, have been compelled to buy one. So, I figured that if I am going to buy one, I should obviously try it first.
So come on..we have ALL said. We have been in a conversation with one of our mom friends or relatives..and thought in our head..

So by the time we go home from picking Penn up it was late Monday afternoon…lets be serious, after you get home from holidays you usually have a TON of laundry, your house needs a re-tidy, and you have no groceries.

Treadmills have been around for a long time, since 1875 to be exact! But they weren't built for humans initially. They were built for animals to harness their power to use for butter churns, spinning wheels, or water pumps. There were even big treadmills ran by horses for farming equipment.
