As much as before actually starting the workout sucks or finding the motivation to just do it is hard... After I promise you no one ever thinks 'wow I really wish I didn't do that workout' No after you always feel way better, even if it's a sore better.
Lately work has been busy with a safety audit and I've been having to do night workouts- which if you forgot, I despise them. I just would rather be doing absolutely anything then working out when my house could use a clean and sitting on the couch seems way more relaxing... But that's not going to make me feel better, so I get it done.
Removing your excuses is the best thing you can do and I promise it will help you feel better about yourself once you do.
So here's to starting, here's to change and here's to you!
