To keep you motivated with your cardio machine, we've put together a few workouts in 35 minutes or less that will get your heart pumping and burn calories on your treadmill, elliptical or bike.
If these are not enough of a challenge for you, try increasing the time, speed resistance or incline.
The 20-Minute Treadmill Hill Workout – you will burn fat and tone your lower body.
30 Minute Full Body Elliptical Workout
-If your elliptical has incline, set it to a comfortable range, around 8-13%
*Strides per minute.
A RMP Focused Bike Workout
This workout takes resistance out of the equation, so it can easily be adapted to any fitness level. Instead of constantly changing the resistance, focus on your rotations per minute (RPM) — the faster you peddle, the higher the RPM. Be sure you have enough resistance on the bike to mimic a flat-land ride. You should feel like you're working, but you should be able to carry on a conversation.
If you can't do the higher RPMs, lower the resistance slightly.
